INSULATED COMPONENT STRUCTURES, INC (ICS) is a manufacturing company dedicated to developing cost effective, high quality, energy efficient, easy to assemble, building components as alternatives to conventional building methods. ICS is built on the assumption there is a need for:
Pre-manufactured modular building components, when assembled, form a complete structural/thermal exterior building shell. This is the backbone of the business. These structural building components are supplied to the construction industry for residential and commercial applications.

PRODUCTS
ICS-Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) are manufactured with either or both internal and external surfaces of Wood, Fiber Cement, Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) or metal and have a polyurethane core. The variety of surfaces allows ICS-SIPs to have numerous applications: educational buildings, commercial buildings, paint booths, storage buildings, retail, modular offices, laboratories, temperature/humidity controlled enclosures, curing barns, agricultural and animal containment buildings, family residences, assisted living and nursing homes, protective electronic shelters, are a few of the place where the ICS panels are being used.

The insulation value of ICS-Structural Panels ranges from R-20 (3") to R-42 (6 1/2"). This can provide a reduction in energy consumption from 30% to 70%, depending on local heating and cooling requirements and local utilities costs, when compared to present construction methods.
